QHSE Coordinator Mongstad

Reporting line
HSEQ Coordinator Mongstad will report directly to QHSE Director Archer Norway.

Role
To ensure that industry-leading standards for health, safety, work environment and customer satisfaction performance are consistently achieved.

• Contribute for developing and maintaining QHSE processes in compliance with internal and client requirements, standards, governing rules and regulations
• Develop and maintain processes and management system for scope of work
• Monitor and verify compliance with standards and report on performance and improvements
• Follow-up of non-conformances to make sure all actions are closed out in a satisfactory manner
• Responsible for quality assurance of any reported incidents in Client's system within SoW
• Establish lessons learned from own operation
• Verification of activities such as audits, management visits and management review
• Point of contact for governmental agencies and key customers for QHSE related issues related to the project
• Establish and follow-up of yearly action plan for QHSE. This includes planning activities such as audit and inspection plans, focus areas and action plans
• Actively support company's HSE initiatives
• Contribute to identification and follow-up of HSE hazards in contractor's risk management system
• Participate in-and be competent to lead investigations of undesirable HSE&Q incidents as required
• Responsible to ensure that Working environment health risk assessment (WEHRA) are performed and documented
• Follow-up quality plan for the workPerform HSE inspections
• Establish and follow-up project specific Energy Management plan
• Assist and follow up internal and client requirements for Risk Management

Qualifications Education :

HSE related Master or bachelor's degree. Offshore experience can compensate for lack of formal education. Good knowledge of relevant national and international regulations and requirements.
