Steak opened its doors in the heart of Tønsberg Brygge on June 5, 2017, and has been a success from day one. Today, the restaurant features approximately 160 seats, including a spacious outdoor terrace with sun from morning to evening and stunning views of the canal and city fjord. We offer perfectly charcoal-grilled meat, street food, and burgers complemented by varied and exciting side dishes. At the heart of our kitchen is a Josper charcoal grill, where all our high-quality meats are prepared to perfection. In addition to our premium meat selection, we also offer a diverse menu including fish and vegetarian dishes. Steak is known for its informal and relaxed atmosphere, welcoming guests for any occasion—whether it’s a romantic dinner, family gathering, business meeting, or an evening with friends. We are deeply committed to quality and sustainability. We carefully source our ingredients from reputable producers, with a strong focus on animal welfare, feed quality, and cattle breed. Our menu is continuously updated based on seasonality and availability to ensure the best possible dining experience. Our wine program is a key part of our identity. We offer one of the city’s most extensive and varied wine selections, with over 1,000 labels and a wine cellar consisting of approximately 3,800 bottles.
