Got a feel for current? Join us as Project Lead Engineer -- Mechanical \& Multi-Discipline
Electrically assisted pyrolysis (EAP) is one of the most promising technologies in maritime decarbonization, and we are developing it. As a Project Lead Engineer on our EAP product team, you will drive technical development from sales phase through to handover, coordinating across mechanical, electrical and SCM disciplines to deliver a product ready for installation onboard vessels and in shipyards.
You will be the technical face of the project meeting directly with customers and suppliers, solving complex problems under real deadlines, and continuously improving the product across each vessel in the series. This is a role for someone who is technically confident, takes ownership, and thrives in a fast-moving product environment.

- Collaborate with customers, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure seamless project execution.
- Handle project administration and ensure milestones are met.
