Arbeidsoppgaver

Key****Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook dishes according to Marani Oslo's recipes, standards, and quality requirements.

• Participate in the preparation and development of authentic Georgian dishes and menu items.

• Ensure consistent food quality, taste, and presentation during service.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation in accordance with food safety regulations.

• Assist with food preparation, ordering, stock control, and inventory management.

• Work efficiently as part of a professional kitchen team during busy service periods.

• Support the Head Chef in maintaining high operational and culinary standards.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a cook or chef in a professional kitchen.

• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a very fast-paced restaurant environment.

• Strong understanding of food safety, hygiene, and HACCP practices.

• Passion for high-quality food and attention to detail.

• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.

• Experience with Georgian cuisine is an advantage, but not required as long as the applicant is willing to learn fast.

• Good communication skills in English. Additional languages are considered a plus.
