Breakfast Chef Wanted – Winter Season in Reine, Lofoten Islands

Do you have a passion for cooking and want to spend the winter (and possibly extend with the summer) working in one of Norway's most spectacular destinations? We are looking for an experienced and motivated Breakfast Chef to join our team in Reine, Lofoten Islands.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Breakfast Chef

• Ability to work independently and take responsibility for your duties

• Strong teamwork and communication skills

• Communicative level of English

• Commitment to maintaining high standards and attention to detail

• Passion for quality food and presentation

Responsibilities

• Preparing the breakfast buffet dishes, including baking

• Ensuring high quality and attractive presentation of all dishes

• Maintaining hygiene standards and kitchen cleanliness

• Organizing daily kitchen operations efficiently

• Cooperating closely with the breakfast waiters to deliver excellent guest experiences

• Seasonal employment in a hotel located in the heart of Reine, Lofoten Islands

• Stable work from beginning of February until the end of March, with the possibility of extending the contract for the summer season May - September
