Coffee Shop / Bakery Team Member

Racoon coffee is Ålesund busiest and most charming coffee shop in the heart of Ålesund.

We bake from scratch 7 days a week and serve breakfast, lunch, fresh bakery items, catering, cakes and high-quality barista drinks.

Our team members often work across several areas of the shop, so the days are varied, fast-paced, and hands-on.

As we continue to grow in 2026, we are looking to expand our team again.

We are hiring both part-time and full-time employees with varying levels of experience and skills.

We are looking for people who are:

Requirements

• High level of English

• Basic level of Norwegian

Positions Available in both Blend and Racoon

Bakers (Part-Time & Full-Time)

• Shift: 04:00--12:00

• Rotating schedule Monday--Sunday

• Qualifications in baking or pastry are an advantage, however they are not compulsory - they are not we are still able to provide training to the right canditate.

General Coffee Shop Employee (Part-Time & Full-Time)

Responsibilities may include:

• Barista work

• Customer service

• Cleaning

• Cash register

• Food preparation

• Opening and closing duties

• Baking work is optional depending on interest and experience

Team Leader

Responsibilities may include:

• Barista work

• Baking work is optional depending on interest and experience

• Leading a team during your shift, which involves, training, following up on routines, quality control, general employee management, meeting / aceeding targets.
