Promenaden is seeking an experienced Leasing Manager to help drive our office leasing strategy. The role focuses on delivering a premium experience for our tenants while building strong relationships with new prospects. As a Leasing Manager in Promenaden, you will report to the Commercial Director and execute the office leasing strategy in the Promenaden portfolio. You will be a part of a small but highly effective team, with major exposure to owners and investors, management team, and external stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
<ul><li>
Source, attract, and negotiate office lease agreements to ensure occupancy and optimal mix in our portfolio.
</li><li>
Work strategically to implement the overall strategy and goals defined in the business plan.
</li><li>
Executing leasing strategies for the offices in the portfolio in alignment with the company’s overall business goals.
</li><li>
Create and present business cases, including all necessary inputs.
</li></ul>

<ul><li>
Managing and building relationships with current and prospective tenants, external brokers, and other key stakeholders in the industry, to foster collaboration and generate leasing opportunities.
</li><li>
Continuousily maintain and strengthen your network to identify new leads and opportunities.
</li><li>
Assist in the budgeting process related to leasing activities, ensuring alignment with financial goals.
</li><li>
Working closely with the property management and marketing teams to enhance tenant experiences and optimize portfolio value.
</li></ul>
<h4 class="aksel-heading aksel-heading--xsmall aksel-typo--spacing">Qualifications</h4>
<ul><li>
A proven track record in commercial real estate leasing with main focus on office leasing.
</li><li>
Preferrably at least 3--4 years of industry experience.
</li><li>
Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills, with the ability to close deals and drive results.
</li><li>
The ability to engage with stakeholders, including external brokers, and develop fruitful relationships within the industry.
</li><li>
Good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and with diverse stakeholders.
</li><li>
Experience in office leasing is a requirement.
</li><li>
Relevant higher education, preferably with a masters degree. Experience can compensate for lack of formal education.
</li><li>
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for managing leasing data, evaluating deals with leasing validation forms, reporting, and creating presentations.
</li><li>
Fluency in english and preferably also a scandinavian language.
</li></ul>
