Lead Completion Engineer

On behalf of our client, we are seeking an experienced Lead Completion Engineer to support drilling and well operations on the Norwegian Continental Shelf.

The successful candidate will take a leading role in completion engineering activities, ensuring safe and efficient project execution, delivery of well objectives, and compliance with regulatory and company requirements. The position also involves technical leadership, supplier follow-up, and coordination across multiple disciplines and stakeholders.

• Master's degree in Petroleum Engineering or a relevant engineering discipline.
• Minimum 15 years of completion engineering experience from operator companies on the Norwegian Continental Shelf (NCS).
• Extensive experience with completion design, planning and execution.
• Strong understanding of Norwegian regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Proven experience coordinating multidisciplinary drilling and well activities.
• Experience with supplier management, contractual follow-up and QA/QC activities.
• Ability to act as a technical authority within the completion discipline.
• Fluent in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken.
