We operate an indoor farm, where we produce delicious greens in a fully controlled and vertically stacked growth environment. Our technology is climate resilient and enables us to produce superior greens – plants that have an awesome shelf life, that are cleaner, tastier, and just a little different, and locally produced 365 days. We do this because we believe that changing the foodsystem is critical to building a more sustainable future. And, because we believe that people deserve to eat delicious greens.

The new green routine is just beginning! Our first farm started operating in Moss at the end of 2021, and we plan to expand throughout the Nordics in the coming years. YOUR MISSION As part of the ONNA team, you will either be working as a Plant Whisperer or/and support our packing team with packing our amazing products to send our customers.   Plant whisperer tasks will be everything from seeding to dispatch multiple leafy &amp; herbs crops within a food safe environment. You will have a hand-on role where you will be harvesting and transplanting crops. You will follow defined workflows and production schedules to ensure daily volume requirements are met to our high standards of quality. 

<ul></ul>The packing tasks is everything related to packing, labelling, stacking, and shipping our freshly harvested crops in a chilled packing room. You will be operating our packing machines and ensuring quality according to our product specifications.  You will also specificially be following the packing plan and “To Do List” to meet customer demands. <ul></ul><div>Both areas would depend that you:</div><ul><li>Perform routine end shift daily cleaning of the farm, equipment, and work area</li><li>Ensure the safety of yourself and others by following HSE and guidelines</li><li>Follow strict hygiene restrictions. (You will need to wear provided working clothes including a mask)</li></ul>Your workplace will be at our farm in Moss. ABOUT YOU You are a persistent doer who charges ahead at a high pace, but who also values quality and diligence highly. You don’t get unsettled by challenges, and you are humble enough to understand that no challenge is too big OR too small in a startup.
