We are looking for Field Engineers and Graduate Engineers to join our team at Ågotnes, Bergen area.

Depending on your education and interests, you may work close to engineering offices, manufacturing, assembly, testing and delivery.

• Support engineering and project teams in developing and delivering subsea production solutions.

• Perform calculations, analysis, design work or technical documentation in your assigned discipline.

• Collaborate across engineering, manufacturing, testing, supply chain and projects.

• Participate in technical reviews, structured problem-solving and continuous improvement.

• Build an understanding of the complete product and project lifecycle through practical assignments.

• Prepare equipment, tools and operational programs.

• Support or perform field operations at customer sites, offshore installations, workshops or operating bases.

• Monitor service quality, equipment performance and operational data.

• Troubleshoot technical and operational challenges.

• Interpret results and prepare technical reports.

• Interface with customers, specialists and operational teams.

• Contribute to risk assessments, job planning and continuous improvement.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Process, Chemical, Electrical, Automation, Cybernetics, Marine, Ocean, Subsea, Petroleum, Materials, Structural, Energy, Production or Manufacturing Engineering, or a related discipline.

• Has a strong technical interest and enjoys learning, investigation and problem-solving.
