As part of our Digital Business Development team, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our digital products, processes and ways of working. You will work closely with colleagues across the organisation, our development teams and our IT subsidiary Instech Solutions, to create lasting value for users and the business.
The successful applicant - who ideally can begin in the role as soon as possible - will join dedicated colleagues committed to securing life, health, environment and property at one of the world's leading marine and offshore energy insurers.
This position is based at Norwegian Hull Club's head office in the landmark Skipet building in Solheimsviken, Bergen.

About the roleAs a Digital Business Advisor - Product Lead, you will help Norwegian Hull Club continuously improve how we work, serve our clients and develop digital solutions.
Your primary responsibility will be to act as Product Lead for our digital products. Working together with a cross-functional team consisting of business experts, designers, developers and stakeholders, you will guide a product's direction and ensure it delivers meaningful business and user value.
In addition, you will contribute to identifying and driving improvement opportunities across the organisation through process improvements, change initiatives and selected projects.
This position reports to the Head of Digital Business Development.
