Now, we are looking for a commercially strong and inspiring Retail Manager International with the ability to drive the continued development of our international retail business.

You will take commercial ownership of our international retail operations, with full P&L responsibility for our owned stores and a key role in developing our retail network across markets.

But this role is about more than numbers.

We are looking for someone who can bring people together, inspire experienced store managers, and build a culture where teams continuously challenge themselves to become better. Someone who understands that strong commercial performance comes from combining clear priorities, effective structures, motivated people, and outstanding customer experiences.

You will be close to the business, spending time in our stores, working alongside our teams, and turning insights and ideas into action. From improving conversion and profitability to developing the customer experience, you will have the opportunity to make a tangible impact.

We believe you are an experienced retail leader with proven experience managing multiple stores and developing store managers, ideally from a lean retail environment or a mid-sized brand within fashion, sports, outdoor, or premium lifestyle. You bring a strong commercial track record, hands-on P&L experience, and a genuine passion for developing people and teams.

You understand premium retail and the importance of product knowledge, service, and storytelling. You combine strategic thinking with operational execution, build trust through collaboration, and know how to motivate and develop experienced store managers.

You are curious about what the future of physical retail can become -- and ambitious enough to help shape it.

You will work closely with our Chief Sales Officer and central teams, in a lean, entrepreneurial environment where initiative, collaboration, and results matter.

The role is based at Norrøna House in Lysaker, Norway, or near our core European markets, and involves frequent international travel.
