NEODRILL IS LOOKING FOR YOU
At Neodrill, we develop technology that makes energy production safer, faster, and more responsible -- while challenging conventional methods to drive the industry forward.
We’re now looking for 2 Project Managers with technical insight and commercial curiosity, who thrives at the intersection of technology and customer needs, and is motivated by creating value and driving improvement.
About the CAN TechnologyWe started with one idea and two employees more than 25 years ago. Today, we have over 70 CAN installations worldwide and a diverse team of more than 25 people -- with different technical and cultural backgrounds.
CAN technology challenges the traditional well foundation and has evolved from a solution for special cases to being recognized as best practice for top hole development -- in Norway and increasingly in international markets.
The core technology is smart, yet highly adaptable to each project. This opens up a wide range of opportunities -- both technical and commercial.
By completing the top hole (conductor section of a well) without using a rig, we can:
• Reduce cost of field developments
• Reduce CO₂ emissions by up to 44%
• Save 2--4 rig days
• Increase safety for personnel and equipment
Neodrill is growing, and you’ll join a skilled team in a phase of high activity and strategic development. This is a great time to come onboard -- with real influence on both technology, customer experience, and company direction.
We offer:
· The opportunity to shape your role, the technology, and the customer journey
· A strong interdisciplinary team with deep industry expertise
· A flexible and trust-based working environment
· Fast ownership of your own projects
· Competitive terms, bonus scheme, pension and insurance plans
· Modern office at Forus -- with views over the golf course
· A social, inclusive, and collaborative work culture
The RoleWe are looking for a Project Manager who enjoys making things happen. Someone who combines structure and commercial awareness with strong execution skills, works effectively with customers, suppliers and technical teams, and takes ownership when it matters.
As Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning and executing customer projects with a strong focus on safety, quality, cost and delivery.
You will work closely with engineering, operations, customers and suppliers, acting as a key point of contact throughout the different phases of each project.
This is not a role where project management happens only from behind a desk. You will make sure plans are turned into action, equipment is fabricated and mobilised as required, challenges are resolved, and the customer receives the delivery we have committed to.

You take ownership. You get things done. And you want to see tangible results from the work you do. Why Neodrill? At Neodrill, you will not be one of many project managers in a large organisation. You will be a key part of the team. Our projects bring together technology, engineering, operations, suppliers and customers. This gives you the opportunity to work close to both the technology and the operational delivery, while having real influence over how projects are executed.
What you can expectReal responsibility

We value good processes, but we value execution even more.
