Nammo is growing, and we need clearer structures for how roles are defined and people are rewarded across the organization. We are looking for a Senior Total Rewards Specialist to develop our approach to compensation, benefits, and job architecture.

Working closely with Group People & Culture, Finance, business leaders, and local HR teams, you will establish common reward principles while taking account of local markets and business needs. The role combines framework development with hands-on analysis, advice, and implementation.

What you’ll do

You’ll develop Nammo’s overall approach to compensation, benefits, job architecture, and recognition. Your frameworks and analysis will help leaders make informed, consistent reward decisions across the organization. Your responsibilities will include:

• Developing and maintaining Nammo’s total rewards strategy, policies, and governance framework.

• Leading and coordinating annual salary reviews and conducting salary benchmarking and market analysis.

• Developing job architecture, job families, and career frameworks, including common principles for role classification, titles, and salary structures.

• Supporting pay transparency and pay equity initiatives.

• Preparing executive compensation benchmarking, analyses, and recommendations for Group Management.

• Evaluating benefits and developing recognition initiatives that support the retention of critical talent.

• Advising HR and business leaders and building reporting on the effectiveness of reward programs.

What we’re looking for

You can turn complex reward questions into clear recommendations and practical frameworks. We will place particular emphasis on the following qualifications: Required

  • Relevant higher education in HR, business, finance, economics, or a related field.

  • Strong experience in a comparable total rewards or compensation and benefits role, including salary reviews and market benchmarking.

  • Experience developing or applying job architecture and compensation frameworks.

  • International experience with reward practices across more than one country or labor market.

  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to advise and communicate clearly in English and one Scandinavian language.

Experience with executive compensation, pay transparency, or reward work in a complex industrial organization would be an advantage.

Why join Nammo?

You’ll have the opportunity to develop a common total rewards framework for an international organization and influence how roles are evaluated, careers are structured, and people are rewarded. Working with People & Culture, Finance, and business leaders, you’ll see your recommendations inform decisions that support talent attraction, retention, and organizational performance.
