As our Senior IP Specialist, you will play a key role in protecting Laerdal's innovations, brands, and technologies worldwide.

Working closely with colleagues across innovation, product development, commercial, legal, and leadership teams, you will help ensure that our intellectual property portfolio supports our mission, business strategy, and future growth.

Key responsibilities include:

• Help protect and enforce the innovations, technologies, and brands that support Laerdal's mission.

• Support innovation and growth by helping manage intellectual property risks and opportunities.

• Enable successful partnerships and collaborations through sound intellectual property guidance.

• Continuously improve how we work with intellectual property to support future innovation.

What we are looking for: You are an operational and solution-oriented IP professional with the ability to balance legal, technical, and commercial considerations.

With a collaborative approach and a passion for innovation, you help protect, create value from and strengthen the ideas, technologies, and brands that drive future growth.

What we think will help you succeed:

• Degree in Engineering, Science, Technology, Law, Business, or a related discipline.

• Minimum 5 years of experience working with intellectual property

• Experience with medical devices, healthcare, life sciences, or technology-intensive industries.

• Experience supporting innovation, product development, or commercial organisations.

• Proven experience managing patents, trademarks, designs, or broader IP portfolios, and working effectively with external IP partners such as patent and trademark attorneys
