On behalf of our client, Jobzone Finnsnes is recruiting employees for the slaughter department of a modern salmon processing facility located in central Senja, Norway. We are looking for reliable and hardworking individuals who can work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment while maintaining high standards of quality, hygiene, and food safety.
Job Responsibilities- Working in the salmon slaughter department
- Processing and handling salmon during slaughter operations
- Quality control and product inspection
- Cleaning and sanitation of equipment and work areas
- Following food safety, hygiene, and HSE procedures
- Supporting daily production activities
- Mandatory Requirements
- Have a valid approved background check from the Norwegian Civil Aviation Authority (Luftfartstilsynet)
- Provide at least two work references from previous employers
- Be able to communicate in English
- Be physically fit and comfortable with manual work
- Be reliable and able to work as part of a team
- Strong work ethic
- Punctual and dependable
- Quality-conscious and detail-oriented
- Flexible and cooperative
- Able to work efficiently under pressure
