Responsibilities
- Coordinate planning schedules with all involved stakeholders.
- Register new demand entries and create new SAP material numbers.
- Prepare, process, and manage Request for Production (RFP) with suppliers.
- Generate purchase requisitions based on approved RFPs.
- Monitor production progress and conduct regular follow-up meetings with suppliers.
- Track the readiness of materials for delivery in coordination with logistics teams.
- Oversee the development and maintenance of the planning tool.
- Interface with internal teams (Wells, PFMs, logistics) and relevant suppliers.
Required expertise
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in supply chain management, logistics, finance, or economics.
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in contracting work.
- Strong performance-driven mindset with an interest in commercial aspects and cost-consciousness.
- Proactive, engaged, and curious with a high level of professional and personal integrity.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Norwegian (written and oral).
