• Own the strategy and execution in close partnership with founders, the board and investors.

• Define target markets, positioning and pricing around measurable customer value.

• Scale customer acquisition, retention and expansion to grow recurring revenue.

• Work with the CTO and product team to prioritise AI capabilities that drive adoption.

• Build a strong organisation with clear accountability and a culture of speed and collaboration.

• Manage unit economics, cash runway and operational performance. Lead fundraising when needed.

• Experience as a CEO, founder or senior executive in a SaaS or Services business.

• A track record of commercial growth, market expansion or internationalisation.

• Understanding of SaaS or Services economics, including recurring revenue, retention and profitability.

• The ability to translate AI opportunities into a differentiated commercial proposition.

• Experience building cross-functional teams and working with boards and investors.

• Commercial judgement and a willingness to stay close to customers and execution.
