Fearnley Securities AS represents the Group’s financial services branch and is a significant player in the field of Investment Banking. Fearnley Business Management AS is a subsidiary of Fearnley Securities AS. Fearnley Securities AS and Fearnley Business Management AS facilitate and manage projects within real estate and shipping/offshore. With 30 properties and 55 vessels across a total of 75 projects, the company manages one of Norway’s largest real estate and shipping portfolios. The companies own either property or vessels, financed through a combination of bank loans and equity from professional investors.
