Culture, product and design

Fanhaus is an Oslo-based studio at the intersection of football, culture and fashion. We partner with clubs, federations and artists to create fan collections with cultural relevance beyond matchday.

We work across the entire process --- from research, concept and design to production, shoots and launch --- with collections reaching supporters through our partners’ channels and fanhaus.no.

Our partners include the Norwegian Football Federation, Rosenborg, Vålerenga, Bodø/Glimt and Karpe, to name a few. We believe supporter wear is evolving, and we want to be at the forefront of that shift.

We’re now looking for a Graphic Designer to help us shape what comes next.

The role
This is a role with two sides. On one side, you'll design for our partners: digging into club archives, finding the visual codes that matter to supporters, and turning them into graphics, badges, monograms and typography for the collections. On the other, you'll shape how Fanhaus shows up in the world, working on our e-com, campaigns and shoots so every launch looks as considered as the product itself. You'll follow the work from the first sketch all the way to the product page.

What you'll do Partner collections
  • Develop graphics, artwork, crests, monograms and typography for apparel and accessories, from first sketch to production-ready files

  • Research club heritage, archives and fan culture to build each collection's visual identity

  • Adapt artwork for techniques such as screen print, embroidery, chenille, woven labels, knit and patches, working closely with our product and production team

  • Prepare tech-pack artwork, placements, colourways and specs for factories

  • Create pitch and presentation materials for new and existing partners

E-com, campaigns and shoots
  • Design and maintain visual content for fanhaus.no, including product pages, landing pages, banners and collection launches

  • Create assets for newsletters, social media, paid ads, retail, pop-ups and partner channels

  • Contribute to concepts, moodboards and art direction for campaign and product shoots, and be part of the team on set

  • Select, edit and prepare imagery for e-com and campaigns, keeping a consistent look across every channel

  • Help develop and protect the Fanhaus visual identity across everything we put out

Who we're looking for
  • 1-3 years of experience in graphic design, ideally with apparel, fashion, streetwear or sportswear

  • A portfolio that shows strong typography and graphic craft, plus digital or campaign work

  • Confident in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign; Figma is a plus

  • Experience designing for e-commerce and social, and an understanding of what makes a product page or launch perform

  • Understanding of how artwork translates to print and textile techniques, or a genuine hunger to learn

  • A real feel for football culture, terrace aesthetics and the history behind the badge

  • Detail-oriented, comfortable switching between product graphics and campaign work, and able to hit deadlines

  • Fluent in English and/or Norwegian

Nice to have
  • Experience with art direction or working on photo and video shoots

  • Experience with Shopify and email tools like [Klaviyo]

  • Photo editing and retouching skills (Lightroom, Photoshop)

  • Motion or basic video editing for campaign and social content

  • Experience with tech-packs and working directly with factories

  • Lettering or hand-drawn illustration skills

  • Interest and/or experience in fashion

What we offer
  • The chance to shape collections for some of Norway's biggest clubs and the national team

  • Real ownership of how Fanhaus looks online, in campaigns and on shoots

  • A small, ambitious team with deep roots in both fashion and football

  • Work that goes from your screen to the stands, the streets and the retail floor

  • Office in central Oslo, Kronprinsens gate 1

How to apply
Send your CV and portfolio through the Finn application process. We'd especially like to see apparel graphics, e-com or campaign work, and anything rooted in football or culture, including personal projects. Applications are reviewed continuously, so don't wait for the deadline.
