PRODUCTION WORKER - SALMON FACTORY | BERGEN / SOTRA

We are currently recruiting workers for a salmon processing factory in the Bergen/Sotra area.

No previous experience in fish production is required - training will be provided on the job.

Position: Production Worker - Salmon Processing Factory

Location: Bergen / Sotra

Start date: Immediate

Rotation**: 5 weeks of work / 3 weeks off**

Working hours: Approximately 50 hours per week, with the possibility of more during the high season

PAY: FROM 236.09 NOK GROSS/HOUR - HIGHER RATE APPLIES!

Overtime: Paid after 10 hours per day or after 50 hours per week, with an additional +40%

Employment: Long-term opportunity. Employment can be directly with the factory or through our agency for the first 6 months. After 6 months, there is an opportunity to be employed directly by the factory on a permanent basis.

Accommodation: Approximately 4,500 NOK per month/person

Travel: Travel costs to Norway and between rotations are at your own expense.
