PRODUCTION WORKERS - SALMON FACTORY | BERGEN / SOTRA

We are recruiting production workers for a salmon processing factory in the Bergen/Sotra area.

We are looking for candidates with experience in a similar role, preferably in the fish processing industry. Additional training will be provided on the job.

JOB DETAILS

Position: Production Worker - Salmon Processing Factory

Location: Bergen / Sotra, Norway

Start date: As soon as possible

Employment: Permanent position

**Working hours:**Day shift

PAY AND OVERTIME

Gross hourly pay from NOK 236.09, with higher rates possible.

Overtime is paid at an additional 50% for hours worked beyond 8 hours per day, increasing to 100% for hours worked beyond 10 hours per day.

ACCOMMODATION AND TRANSPORT

We can help arrange accommodation on Sotra. YOU MUST HAVE YOUR OWN CAR, as public transport does not allow you to reach the factory in time for the start of your shift. CANDIDATES WITHOUT THEIR OWN CAR WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED.

Travel costs to Norway and between rotations are at your own expense.

REQUIREMENTS

Experience in a similar role, preferably in fish processing

Communicative English

A criminal record certificate, or the ability to obtain one

Valid permission to live and work in Norway, as applicable to your nationality and circumstances

The key requirements are experience in a similar role, communicative English and YOUR OWN CAR. If you meet these requirements, we can help arrange accommodation on Sotra.
