Investor Relations Manager

Join us as FP&A Manager - Digitalization & Business Insights and help shape the next generation of Finance Business Partnering by combining business understanding, analytical expertise and new technology.

• AI, Automation & Digitalization: Lead initiatives focused on automation, AI adoption and digitalization across FP&A and Finance Business Partnering to improve efficiency and insight generation.

• Reporting & Analytics Solutions: Develop and improve scalable reporting, analytics and self-service capabilities while standardizing reporting processes, KPI definitions and analytical methodologies.

• Decision Support & Value Creation: Support management decision-making, strategic initiatives, investment decisions and business cases through analysis, scenario modelling and fact-based insights.

• Commercial & Business Insights: Build insight into revenue streams, pricing, customer and product profitability, and other key value drivers. Challenge assumptions and support the development of the commercial side of the business through fact-based analysis and actionable recommendations.

• Analytics & Business Insights: Analyze financial and operational data to identify business drivers, performance trends, risks, opportunities, and hidden correlations and translate findings into actionable recommendations.

• Business Partnering: Work closely with Finance Business Partners, management teams and operational leaders to ensure analytical efforts focus on key business priorities and performance drivers.

• Technology & Continuous Improvement: Evaluate emerging technologies and AI capabilities, identify opportunities for practical Finance applications and support the development of more data-driven ways of working.

This is a permanent position at the intersection of Finance, Data, Technology and Business Partnering, with a focus on both analytical insight generation, commercial value creation and finance digitalization. You will work closely with Finance Business Partners, management teams and operational leaders across the whole organization.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Analytics, Engineering, Data Science or a related field.

• 3-5 years of relevant experience within FP&A, Business Controlling, Analytics, Consulting, Finance Transformation or similar areas.

• Strong understanding of financial performance management and business value drivers. Adept in conducting complex financial and operational analyses.

• Experience with business intelligence and analytics tools, including Power BI or similar platforms, as well as advanced Excel skills; knowledge of SQL, Python, SAP Analytics Cloud, Power Platform, or AI-enabled analytics is advantageous.

• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to translate complex findings into actionable business recommendations and drive improvement initiatives in a changing environment.

• Fluent in English, written and spoken

• Must be in possession of a valid work permit for Norway

This role offers the opportunity to combine analytics, AI, and business understanding to help improve how Finance generates insights, supports decision-making, and leverages technology. You will contribute to reducing manual reporting activities, increasing automation, strengthening self-service reporting capabilities, and supporting the shift of Finance from a reporting function to a proactive insight and decision-support partner.
