Since 2008, we have been delivering catering services built around exceptional local ingredients and traditional food craftsmanship. Our store in Sogndal, opened in 2018, allows us to bring these products directly to customers every day.
We work closely with local farmers and producers and take pride in knowing the story behind every ingredient we use. From handcrafted meals and specialty products to large catering events and private dining experiences, we focus on quality, authenticity, and creating memorable food experiences.
No two days are the same at Ellevilt. One day you may be producing food for our shop, the next preparing a large catering delivery, and another cooking on-site for a special event.
