We are looking for an Alliance HSE Advisor to join our team in Stavanger. In this role, you will work closely with operational teams, Alliance partners, and HSE professionals to support health, safety, environmental, risk, and compliance activities across our offshore and onshore operations.

This is an exciting opportunity for both experienced HSE professionals and recent graduates who are eager to develop their expertise and contribute to a strong safety culture in a dynamic organization. The position is a temporary assignment with an expected duration of 10 to 12 months, with the possibility of extension based on business needs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in HSE, Safety Engineering, Environmental Science, Risk Management, Occupational Health, Marine Operations, or a related discipline.

  • Relevant HSE experience from offshore, maritime, energy, industrial, or related environments is considered an advantage.

  • Recent graduates with a strong interest in HSE and a willingness to learn are also encouraged to apply.

  • Interest in HSE, risk management, compliance, and continuous improvement.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Ability to build positive working relationships with colleagues at all levels of the organization.

  • Knowledge of offshore operations and regulatory requirements.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • Willingness to travel and occasionally visit offshore installations.

Essential functions

  • Collaborate with operational teams, management, clients, and Alliance Partners to promote continuous improvement and a strong safety culture.

  • Assist in the development and maintenance of HSE policies, procedures, programs, and initiatives.

  • Support risk assessments, emergency response planning, HSE Cases, and client interface documentation.

  • Participate in incident investigations, audits, inspections, and verification activities.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.
