2027 Graduate Field \& Maintenance Engineers in Stavanger

The Field Engineers and Maintenance Engineers are responsible for developing the technical and operational capability required to support SLB services in Stavanger.

The position prepares and supports the delivery of safe, reliable and efficient solutions, works with experienced engineers and specialists, and assists operational and customer-facing teams.

Successful position holders are excellent communicators, enjoy solving problems, and work well both independently and in a team.

• Reservoir Performance

• Well Construction.

• Production Systems.

Final placement will depend on business requirements, educational background, and interests.

• Prepare equipment, tools and operational programs.

• Support or perform field operations at customer sites, offshore installations, workshops or operating bases.

• Monitor service quality, equipment performance and operational data.

• Troubleshoot technical and operational challenges.

• Interpret results and prepare technical reports.

• Interface with customers, specialists and operational teams.

• Contribute to risk assessments, job planning and continuous improvement.

• Perform work in accordance with SLB quality, health, safety and environmental requirements.

• Master’s degree in Petroleum, Mechanical, Chemical, Process, Energy, Marine, Electrical, Automation, Cybernetics, Mechatronics or another relevant technical discipline.

• Interest in practical field operations, technology and customer service.

• Flexibility regarding field assignments, travel and operational working patterns.
