In 2026, Energi.AI acquired CEMAsys, which for over 20 years has helped companies understand their carbon footprint through deep domain expertise and advisory services.
The acquisition gives us access to that experience and those customer relationships, which we’re now combining with AI-driven automation, giving our customers both technological power and the domain expertise they’re used to. At the same time, British investment fund Circularity Capital joined as an investor, strengthening our ability to keep investing in technology and growth.
