We are looking for a passionate, reliable and safety-minded Snowmobile Guide to join our team for the winter season.

Based in Tamokdalen, you will guide guests through the spectacular Arctic landscape and create safe, memorable experiences in the snow.

You will work closely with our guiding team, particularly during larger departures, so being a good team player and communication are important. The role involves guiding international guests, preaparing and checking snowmobile equipment and ensuring that all tours are carried out safely and professionally.

The position is based in Tamokdalen with staff accommodation provided. If you live in Tromsø, commuting is of course no issue. This is a physically demanding outdoor position, involving long hours outside in the cold, snow and changing weather. Good physical fitness is therefore required, as well as the ability to remain focused and energetic throughout the working day. You should therefore be comfortable working in challeging winter conditions and enjoy a active job outdoors.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a valid Norwegian or Swedish snowmobile licence (not mandatory)

• Has a valid Class B driving licence, taxidrivers or transport experience is a big plus

• Is confident and responsible when operating a snowmobile

• Takes safety seriously and follows procedures

• Enjoys working outdoors in cold and changing Arctic conditions

• Is comfortable communicating with international guests in English

• Is friendly, professional and service-minded

• Works well both independently and as part of a team

• Is reliable, flexible and positive
