At Avincis, safety is at the core of everything we do. We provide critical aviation services that support communities, emergency response operations and essential infrastructure.

We are now looking for an experienced HSEQ Manager to lead and further develop our Health, Safety, Environment and Quality work in Sweden. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in strengthening our safety culture, ensuring regulatory compliance and driving continuous improvement across our operations.

The Role

As HSEQ Manager, you will be responsible for supporting and developing HSEQ activities throughout our Swedish operations. You will work closely with managers and employees to ensure compliance, manage risks, improve processes and promote the highest standards of safety, quality and environmental performance.

Key Responsibilities

Promote and strengthen a positive safety culture throughout the organization.
Provide expert advice and support to managers and employees on HSEQ matters.
Conduct risk assessments and support risk management activities.
Monitor safety, quality and environmental performance through reporting and KPI analysis.
Lead and support investigations of incidents and non-conformities.
Plan, coordinate and participate in internal audits and inspections.
Maintain and improve quality and environmental management systems.
Ensure compliance with applicable legislation, company requirements and ISO standards.
Deliver HSEQ training and awareness initiatives.
Drive continuous improvement and share best practices across the business.

About you

To succeed in this role, you are a proactive and collaborative professional who is passionate about safety and continuous improvement. You have strong communication skills and are comfortable working closely with both operational teams and management.

Qualifications

Relevant degree or equivalent experience within Occupational Health & Safety, Quality or Environmental Management.
Minimum 4 years of experience in an HSE/HSEQ role.
Good knowledge of Swedish health and safety legislation.
Experience with ISO management systems, particularly ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.
Experience conducting audits, investigations and risk assessments.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
Aviation experience is considered an advantage.
