As Junior Business Controller you will be a key advisor for the commercial organization in Anora Norway, for both wine and spirits. The position reports to the Business Controlling Manager and forms part of a Nordic controlling environment, with colleagues in several countries and a shared way of working.

We are seeking an analytical and commercially oriented candidate. The role combines analysis, business understanding and operational collaboration. You will help bridge finance and business by turning sales, market and financial data into insights that support better decisions and sustainable profitable growth.

• Act as a trusted advisor and contribute to sound financial management of the operations by turning data into clear recommendations and decision support
• Support the monthly, quarterly and annual reporting cycle, including month-end closing, reporting, KPIs and variance analysis and contribute to developing and improving routines and tools
• Contribute to preparing budgets, forecasts, business cases and financial analyses in cooperation with the business units
• Identify improvement opportunities and drive continuous development within the area
• Develop analyses using Power BI, AI-enabled tools and other digital solutions to improve transparency, efficiency and decision-making across the organization
• Ensure quality and consistency in financial data and reports

• Higher education in finance, business administration, accounting and auditing, or equivalent
• One to two years of relevant work experience from controlling, accounting, auditing, finance or equivalent
• Understanding of basic accounting principles
• Analytical skills, business understanding and commercial interest
• Strong Excel skills, as well as experience with BI tools and ERP systems. Knowledge of Power BI and SAP is an advantage
• Fluent written and spoken English and Norwegian. Other languages are considered an asset
