IT Advisor - Microsoft 365

We are looking for a technically strong Microsoft 365 Platform Owner who can drive the development of our Microsoft 365 platform while ensuring that it continues to support Aibel's business objectives, information management ambitions and digital workplace strategy.

As Microsoft 365 Platform Owner, you will own the platform strategy, roadmap and governance for Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Copilot and related services. You will prioritize improvements, define standards and lifecycle controls, and coordinate delivery with business stakeholders, architects, security specialists and strategic partners. Your goal is to keep the platform secure, scalable and aligned with Aibel’s collaboration, information management and productivity needs.

• Relevant higher education in IT, or equivalent practical experience.

• At least five years’ experience with Microsoft 365 in a complex organization.

• Strong knowledge of Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive and Microsoft 365 administration.

• Experience with platform ownership, governance and lifecycle management.

• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 security, compliance, Entra ID and Purview; Copilot experience is an advantage.

• Good stakeholder and vendor-management skills, with clear communication in Norwegian and English.

You are proactive, collaborative and comfortable taking ownership. You combine strategic thinking with a hands-on approach to governance, security and continuous improvement. You communicate clearly across business and technical teams, build trust with stakeholders and partners, and turn complex needs into practical solutions.
