We’re now looking for a Production Specialist who enjoys bringing clarity to complex technical environments, spotting opportunities to improve, and turning insight into tangible production results. What your work days might include:
<ul><li>
Manage and optimise technical documentation, procedures, and instructions used across production.
</li><li>
Ensure our high quality standards are met throughout the production process, and help elevate them even further.
</li><li>
Drive continuous improvements in efficiency and stability, both internally and together with external production partners.
</li><li>
Work cross-functionally with Product, Quality, Sourcing, Hardware, Embedded and Mechanical teams to introduce new products and implement product changes.
</li><li>
Contribute actively to daily collaboration within the Supply Chain team and help shape how we scale our production in the years to come.
</li><li>
Occasionally visit suppliers and production locations to support improvements, new product introductions, and alignment on processes.

As for the skills required for this job
<ul><li>
Bachelor’s degree in electronics, automation, mechatronics or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
</li><li>
Hands-on experience from a production or manufacturing environment, ideally with technical or industrial products.
</li><li>
Strong ability to read and work with technical documentation, drawings and specifications.
</li><li>
Good communication skills in both Norwegian and English.
</li></ul>
There is a big bonus if you have any of these:
<ul><li>
Electronics manufacturing, EMS or assembly production.
</li><li>
Working with PLM systems (BOM revisions, ECOs).
</li><li>
Familiarity with lean manufacturing, continuous improvement methods and quality tools (FMEA, RCA, SPC).
