<h2>Duties and responsibilities</h2>
VARD Electro delivers advanced marine electrical, automation, and digital products to the VARD Group, Fincantieri, external shipyards, including the naval and defence segment.Our solutions are used on both newbuilding and retrofit projects for complex and mission‑critical vessels where reliability, safety, and lifecycle performance are essential.We are now strengthening our engineering organization with increased focus on naval and defence‑related projects, and are seeking senior engineers and technical specialists to join our teams.SeaQ Power System Integrators, Senior electrical and power engineers, &nbsp;working with power generation, distribution, converters, energy storage systems, switchgear, and power analysis for advanced vessel applications. &nbsp; SeaQ Remote Experienced engineers working with remote monitoring, situational awareness, navigation‑related systems, and engineering of solutions for demanding operational environments. &nbsp; SeaQ Control Senior automation engineers responsible for main automation systems, including monitoring and control of ship systems, battle damage, and configuration of Power and Energy Management Systems, and technical documentation. &nbsp; SeaQ Bridge &amp; Navigation Engineers with experience in bridge, navigation, and communication systems, including integration of military systems. &nbsp; SeaQ Communication, Safety &amp; Light Senior engineers within ICT, electronics, or mechatronics, working with communication, safety, security for complex vessels. &nbsp; At VARD Electro, you will take ownership of technically demanding tasks and contribute directly to the delivery of robust, future‑ready maritime solutions.
<h2>Qualifications</h2>
<ul><li>MSc or BSc&nbsp;degree or equivalent in relevant discipline. Examples: Electrical, Automation,
