Touch Call Recording Group is a service provider for recording, secure storage, AI analytics and management of telephone calls and other digital communication. Our services enable businesses to be compliant with laws and regulations, documentation, dispute resolution, quality assurance, risk management, and much more. Our customers are primarily businesses in banking, finance, insurance, and customer centres. Our partners are telecom operators and system integrators.
Touch was established in 2006 in Norway as Touch Technology AS, and has had a steady excellent growth and profitable development. Today Touch is market leader for recording services in the Nordic region with companies in Norway, Sweden, Denmark and Singapore. Touch is owned by Hawk Infinity, a long-term Norwegian investment house with ownership of more than 50 SaaS companies. In addition to offices in Halden and Sandefjord, we have offices in Oslo, Stockholm, Denmark, and Singapore. The company has 32 employees and had a turnover of approximately 130 million in 2024.
