About the Role
As a Digital Delivery Manager, you will be a technical leader in our Digital Insurance team. This role is all about making things happen -- ensuring that teams deliver with the right focus, speed, and quality.
Key Responsibilities:

Support the Area Product Manager in defining realistic digital service and product roadmaps
</li><li>
Be the champion of delivery -- making sure great work gets into production
</li><li>
Maintain an overview of status across development teams and projects
</li><li>
Identify and remove roadblocks, manage dependencies and risks
</li><li>
Bring strong technical understanding (ideally with previous experience as a developer or architect)
</li><li>
Support collaborative planning processes
</li><li>
Deliver and maintain digital services using Continuous Delivery
</li><li>
Ensure delivery processes align with Storebrand’s Software Delivery Lifecycle and Service Management standards
</li></ul>

You communicate well with colleagues and senior stakeholders, work collaboratively, and enjoy being part of a team. You are self-driven, curious, and eager to contribute to overall goals. You have an interest in learning beyond your profession, applying new technologies, and building strong relationships with internal business partners. 
Fluency in Norwegian and English is required.
