We’re a fast-growing Norwegian SaaS company on an ambitious path, and we’re now looking for a Head of Growth Marketing to take our acquisition engine to the next level.
You’ll lead a talented team covering SEO, Paid, Social, PR/Visibility, and Creative --- with one shared goal: driving high-quality traffic, conversions, and brand visibility across all markets. You’re a hands-on, data-driven leader who thrives on experimentation, performance, and precision. You’ll own our growth marketing strategy and lead the team that delivers it. You’ll set clear goals, prioritize high-impact initiatives, and ensure execution happens at pace and with quality. You’ll connect marketing efforts closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Product --- creating alignment across the full customer journey.

Lead and develop a cross-functional marketing team (SEO, Paid, Social, PR, and Creative) to deliver measurable growth.

Define, plan, and prioritize high-impact campaigns and experiments that drive traffic and conversions.

Oversee performance marketing, tracking CAC, ROI, attribution, and other key funnel metrics.
</li><li>
Ensure fast, high-quality execution across all channels --- keeping timelines and output sharp and coordinated.

Drive collaboration with Product and Sales to align campaigns with launches, seasonal priorities, and key ICPs.

Implement efficient processes, tools, and reporting frameworks to scale marketing performance globally.
