Every day, we challenge the conventional and push the boundaries of what manufacturing can be. <h4>The role</h4>As a Machine Operator at reTyre, you will be at the center of daily operating in production. You’ll work closely with your colleagues in Manufacturing, and also our R&amp;D engineering team who build and refine a new global standard for tire production. We currently operate on a 2-shift schedule:<ul><li>Morning: 08:00–16:00</li><li>Evening: 15:00–23:00</li></ul> <h4>What You’ll Do</h4>You will play a key role in operating the production line, including:<ul><li>Operating and monitoring automated/mechanical equipment.</li><li>Performing start-up and shutdown routines.</li><li>Adjusting machines and troubleshooting.</li><li>Conducting quality control to ensure product accuracy and consistency.</li><li>Recording production data and maintaining equipment logs.</li><li>Optimizing production processes and adjusting machines for product changes.</li><li>Reporting deviations, conditions, and improvement opportunities.</li><li>Performing daily equipment maintenance.</li><li>Following HSE procedures.</li></ul> You will also have the opportunity to get experience and contribute in major development initiatives in 2026 — automation, new machinery, process optimization, and ongoing improvement projects we have planned for the upcoming period. <h4>Who We’re Looking For</h4>You are experienced in a Manufacturing/Production and feel confident entering this role with your exsisting skillsets.
