As Electrical Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring the successful design, implementation and operation of complex technical installations - prioritizing safety, regulatory compliance and optimal performance to our Nordic charging network. By combining technical expertise with strategic oversight, you will guide projects through all phases - from initial planning to risk assessment to installation, testing and commissioning. All this while implementing cost-effective and innovative solutions. You will play an essential role in delivering high-quality infrastructure that meets both operational standards as well as environmental requirements.

Key responsibilities
<ul><li>Ensure safe, compliant and high-quality installations.</li><li>Establish process consistency and improve standards.</li><li>Promote innovation and cost-effective solutions.</li><li>Provide expert technical guidance.</li><li>Support seamless operational handovers.</li><li>Facilitate cross-functional collaborations, both internal and external.</li></ul>
Qualifications
<ul><li>Education in engineering or a relevant technical field, with a solid understanding of electrical systems, infrastructure management, and operational efficiency.</li><li>Experience in managing preventive and predictive maintenance programs as well as root cause analysis.</li><li>Experience with warranty and insurance processes, as well as collaboration with suppliers and third-party vendors.</li><li>Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to maintenance activities, and experience with IT tools for asset management.</li><li>Experience with financial analysis, modeling, statistics, and optimization.</li></ul>
Success factors
<ul><li>Degree in electrical engineering or equal. Electrician certificate -- Gr.L combined with sufficient professional experience may compensate for formal education requirements.</li><li>Experience from risk management and risk assessment.</li><li>Experience from participating in projects from early planning through to execution and handover is considered an advantage.</li><li>Proactive and structured way of working.</li><li>Detail-oriented and have good collaboration skills.</li><li>A good communicator, both orally and in writing, in both Norwegian and English.</li></ul>

**Place of work:**at our HQ in Moss or office in central Oslo. Some traveling will be required, primarily within the Nordic region. This role reports to the Head of Engineering Standards &amp; Compliance.
