Our Story
With a legacy spanning nearly 170 years, Norwegian Guide Service is a dedicated team of over 50 local guides, committed to providing the most enriching experiences for our guests in Bergen and the surrounding region.
At Norwegian Guide Service the Guides are in focus, and we try to make sure that working with our company is - in itself - an enriching experience. Making sure that our Guides are competent, well-supported and appreciated is how we get wonderful reviews and feedback from our guests and clients, and how we grow our business. Our Guides are continuously developing to become ever-more trusted leaders, memorable storytellers, reliable team players and passionate local ambassadors.
We do not aim to be the best in the market - simply to become better day by day. This has led to us to becoming market leaders delivering over 5500 assignments each year while working with over 90% of the cruise calls in Norway's busiest cruise destination - Bergen and the region.
