We are seeking a strategic and commercially minded Nordic Marketing Manager to drive regional growth, customer engagement and brand visibility across Norway, Sweden, Denmark and Finland. You will be joining Ekornes -- one of the Nordic region’s most iconic industrial companies, and the home of Stressless®, Svane® and IMG. With global operations and a proud heritage dating back to 1934, we combine Scandinavian craftsmanship and forward-thinking innovation to create furniture that improves everyday living.
As Nordic Marketing Manager, you will lead local marketing initiatives for the Stressless and Svane brands across the Nordic markets, with responsibility for campaign planning, execution and optimisation. You will manage a small team and collaborate closely with the wider European and global marketing organisation, as well as Nordic sales and product teams. This is a key role in one of our most mature markets -- combining strategic oversight with hands-on execution.
As Nordic Marketing Manager at Ekornes, you will:
<li>shape and execute the regional marketing strategy, aligning with Nordic sales and global brand goals</li>

<li>lead the planning and implementation of integrated campaigns across channels and markets</li>

<li>develop locally relevant, cost-effective marketing plans tailored to products, customers and categories</li>

<li>collaborate with creative, digital, sales and product teams across countries and functions</li>

<li>manage the full campaign lifecycle from briefing to execution and post-campaign optimisation</li>

<li>oversee external agencies, suppliers and partners, ensuring brand consistency and quality</li>

<li>lead, support and develop a high-performing regional marketing team</li>
We are seeking a collaborative and structured marketing leader with a proven ability to lead and deliver results across complex organisations. You bring a minimum of five years’ experience in business- and consumer-facing marketing, and a track record of delivering integrated campaigns across media channels. You have led multi-disciplinary teams and understand how to translate strategic objectives into effective marketing activities. You are commercially driven, customer-oriented, and thrive in a dynamic and evolving environment.
You are fluent in a Scandinavian language (preferably Norwegian) and proficient in English -- both written and spoken.
You will report to the EU Marketing Director and be based in Oslo, Norway.
