Key Responsibilities:

<ul><li>Source, screen, and recruit candidates.</li><li>Develop effective recruitment strategies.</li><li>Conduct interviews and assessments.</li><li>Collaborate with hiring managers.</li><li>Maintain a candidate database.</li></ul>

Conditions

<ul><li>Production-based bonuses per recruitment or Fee per working hour of candidates delivered i</li><li>You can work from anywhere if you work as external.</li><li>You will work from our office in Vestby if you work as internal.</li></ul>

Required Qualifications:

<ul><li>Proven recruitment experience in construction or industrial sectors.</li><li>Strong communication and organizational skills.</li></ul>
