Lille Tyske Spitsbergen Tømrerkompani AS was founded in 2024. The name is a pun on "Store Norske Spitsbergen Kullkompani AS", which is the now government owned and defunct mining company that has shaped the heart, soul and building mass of Longyearbyen. A tribute, if you will.
The founding idea was to simply do things better than they are and to follow our own guidelines for what "better" means.
We have built up a reputation as reliable, technically proficient company with high responsivity and are looking to maintain the regular customer base that we have created by adhering to these values.
