<p><strong>Lifecare ASA</strong> is now seeking an experienced and forward-looking <strong>Chief Financial Officer (CFO)</strong> to play a key role as the company transitions from advanced R&amp;D into production, commercialization, and global market entry.</p>

<p>As CFO, you will have overall responsibility for Lifecare's financial strategy and execution during a critical growth phase. You will work closely with the CEO, Board of Directors, investors, and key external stakeholders, and be a core contributor to capital markets activities, financial governance, and value creation initiatives. The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution in an international, interdisciplinary organization.</p>
<p>The CFO will play an active role in shaping Lifecare's financial and structural readiness for strategic growth opportunities.</p>

<ul><li>Lead capital management, financing processes, and capital markets transactions.</li><li>Ensure strong governance, compliance, and financial reporting in line with listed-company requirements.</li><li>Provide financial analysis, forecasting, and decision support to the CEO and Board.</li><li>Build and develop a scalable finance function supporting Lifecare's growth and international expansion.</li></ul>
<h4 class="navds-heading navds-heading--xsmall navds-typo--spacing"><strong>Your background and profile</strong></h4>
<p>We believe the successful candidate will have:</p>
<ul><li>A Master's degree (or equivalent) in Finance or Accounting.</li><li>Proven experience as CFO or in a senior finance leadership role, preferably in a publicly listed company.</li><li>Strong understanding of capital markets, financial reporting, and governance.</li><li>An analytical, structured, and solution-oriented mindset.</li><li>Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across disciplines and geographies.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Fluency in English, both written and spoken.</li></ul>
