IWS FLEET MANAGEMENT AS
IWS Fleet AS is owned by Integrated Wind Solutions ASA (“IWS”, listed at Oslo Stock Exchange) and Sumitomo Corporation, a leading Japanese integrated trading company. IWS aims to integrate service operation vessels with engineering and manpower services in the wind-farm’s construction and operations phase.
IWS Fleet AS is responsible for the commercial and technical management of the fully owned fleet of Skywalker-class “Walk-to-Work” vessels. The company has three advanced DP2 offshore vessel in operations, and three sister vessels under construction.
The company also provides services to Awilco LNG ASA which is owner and operator of two LNG carriers.
