By enabling more efficient use of existing infrastructure we reduce carbon footprints while at the same time creating value for society, industry and our shareholders. <h4>THE POSITION:</h4>We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Head of Information Security to lead and professionalize our security function. This is a key leadership role that requires a blend of deep technical knowledge, strong stakeholder management skills, and a vision for building a resilient, scalable Security and IT organization. You will be responsible for both setting direction and ensuring day-to-day execution. <h4>RESPONSIBILITIES:</h4><ul><li>Governance &amp; Strategy: Define and lead the company’s Information Security and GRC strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives, legal obligations, and international standards (e.g., ISO 27001, SOC 2).</li><li>Risk Management: Own the enterprise-wide information security risk management framework. Conduct regular risk assessments, develop mitigation plans, and report on risk posture to senior leadership.</li><li>Compliance &amp; Assurance: Ensure ongoing compliance with relevant regulatory and contractual requirements. Lead internal and external audits, and maintain certifications such as ISO 27001.</li><li>Policy &amp; Controls: Develop, implement, and maintain security policies, standards, and controls. Ensure they are understood and followed across the organization.</li><li>Incident &amp; Continuity Management: Oversee incident response, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning. Ensure readiness through tabletop exercises and continuous improvement.</li><li>Security Architecture &amp; Oversight: Provide guidance on secure system design and architecture. Evaluate and approve security controls in new and existing technologies.</li><li>Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a trusted advisor to internal teams, customers, and partners on security and compliance matters. Represent Heimdall Power in external audits and customer due diligence processes.</li></ul> <h4>QUALIFICATIONS:</h4><ul><li>Master’s degree (MSc) in Information Security, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.</li><li>7&#43; years of experience in leading information security initiatives, including:</li><li>Implementation and management of information security frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001).</li><li>Designing and improving security architectures for complex systems.</li><li>Hands-on experience with management systems, regulatory compliance, and organizational security practices.</li><li>Industry experience within power transmission and distribution or similar technical domains is highly preferred.</li><li>Professional certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer/Auditor) are an advantage.</li><li>Fluency in English, both written and verbal.</li></ul> <h4>SKILLS:</h4><ul><li>Self-driven, analytical, and structured problem-solver with strong attention to detail.</li><li>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable presenting to both technical and non-technical audiences.</li><li>Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.</li><li>Demonstrated leadership and team collaboration in cross-functional and international environments.</li><li>Deep understanding of information security best practices, risk management, and emerging cyber threats.</li><li>Flexibility to handle occasional off-hours work due to global customer or operational needs.</li></ul> <h4>WHAT WE OFFER:</h4><ul><li>Competitive compensation package</li><li>An energetic, young, and dynamic work environment</li><li>A chance to work with top-tier technology and contribute directly to the green transition on a global scale</li><li>Professional development.
