As our Finance &amp; Accounting organization is transitioning to SAP S/4 HANA, we are gearing up for a pivotal phase. With testing starting this year and full implementation planned for next year, we are looking for new team members to help us navigate this transformation. Responsibility and tasks
<ul><li>
Month end reporting with cost/revenue accruals and follow up of forecasts for business unit/projects
</li><li>
Yearly budget/plan, monthly forecast
</li><li>
Reporting and follow-up a specific cost/profit center/ business unit/project
</li><li>
Monthly variance analysis and profitability reporting
</li><li>
Actively participate in tenders and contract reviews
</li><li>
Finance advisor for the operational organization, including financial training
</li><li>
Calculate and maintain internal cost rates
</li><li>
Ensure compliance with procedures and processes
</li><li>
Process improvements
</li><li>
Participate in quarterly audits, - external and internal
</li><li>
Sap S4 implementation tasks

Qualifications and experience
<ul><li>
Minimum bachelor's degree in finance and accounting.
</li><li>
Minimum 5 years' relevant experience with finance accounting/project control, preferably from the oil industry.
Good Excel skills
</li><li>
Proactive and highly developed communication and cooperation skills
</li><li>
Detail-oriented, curious, and with a high level of accuracy in combination with the ability to look at the big picture
</li><li>
Fluent in English, both oral and written. Norwegian language skills are preferred
</li><li>
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
</li><li>
Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Would prefer candidates with team management experience
</li><li>
Due to occasionally tight deadlines, it is important that you are flexible and willing to adapt to deadlines and everyday challenges
