Computershare Employee Share Plans business operates globally across EMEA, APAC and North America, with regional teams managing client relationships and delivery.
The Nordics are a strategically important region within Computershare EMEA Share Plans and as Associate Director for the Nordics you will be reporting directly to the EU Director Relationship Manager and be accountable for building and maintaining relationships with complex, high profile revenue generating client portfolios.
You will be leading direct reports ensuring high performance and customer excellence focusing on client satisfaction, retention and growth. The role requires you to act as a thought leader and ambassador internally within the organisation as well as externally towards clients and in the industry.
