CoolCo is a leading LNG carrier company operating a modern fleet of 13 vessels, supported by a well-balanced portfolio of short and long-term charters with major oil & gas, trading, and utility companies.
The company is experiencing strong growth, with two new buildings delivered in Q4 2024 and Q1 2025 and two additional LNG carriers scheduled for delivery in 2028. CoolCo continuously evaluates opportunities for further expansion through vessel acquisitions and market consolidation.
With extensive expertise in LNG shipping, CoolCo manages its fleet fully in-house and holds full operational responsibility across key disciplines. The organisation is lean, technically driven, and characterised by strong ownership, high professional standards, and close collaboration.
The company is wholly owned by Eastern Pacific Shipping (EPS), one of the world's largest independent shipping groups with approximately 220 vessels in operation and around 150 new buildings under construction.
