We’re looking for a visionary and people‑first leader to take our B2B &amp; Card Sales organization to the next level. As Senior Director B2B &amp; Card Sales, you will shape our national strategy, lead a talented commercial organisation, and play a key role in Circle K’s European B2B network. This is the role for you who enjoys combining strategic thinking with operational excellence --- and who thrives in an environment where customer experience, innovation and strong collaboration are at the core.
What you will lead and create

Set and execute the B2B strategy for the Norwegian market, aligned with European ambitions

Lead and develop a strong leadership team and high-performing sales and support functions
</li><li>
Strengthen our customer portfolio through insight-driven sales, excellent service and modern solutions
</li><li>
Drive commercial performance, operational improvements and cross-functional collaboration
</li><li>
Ensure successful local implementation of European products, processes and concepts

Who we believe you are

Experienced from sales, operations or commercial leadership in a larger organization --- ideally within service, retail or B2B

Proven track record in building teams, driving change and delivering strong results

Fluent in Norwegian and English
