**About Barthbryggo and our vision:** The goal is for Barthbryggo to become a high-end restaurant with tasting menus and advance booking. The quality must be at a very high level, but the atmosphere will still be warm and relaxed. Huset I gato should be seen in close connection with Barthbryggo, but here we will also be open during the day and serve a selection of small dishes. Here we also have our wine-cellar and wine-bar, and an important part of our concept is the combination of food and wine. The possibilities for storing wine are favorable and the selection will be varied and in different price ranges. Our Head chef is creative, committed and seeking to be constantly developing. He emphasizes promoting the good clean flavors, and always works to give his guests a unique experience and a proper evening in the food universe. To be able to achieve this level we are dependent on finding those who, together with him, can be the driving force in the day-to-day operations of the restaurant. One of our close partners is The Food Competence Senter and Mosjøen High School (restaurant and food subjects) who are the owners of Arktisk Mat. Arktisk Mat is an annual project with a focus on skills development and recruitment for the food subjects. This is an important arena where innovative and high-profile actors in food and food production in Nordics and the Arctic can meet, exchange experiences, and establish new contacts. We are proud to be a part of this and look forward to further developing the collaboration through, among others, to accept apprentices from the school and create collaborations to produce/develop more raw materials. **We can offer:** With us, you will have a unique and rare opportunity to take part in building a food destination in Mosjøen.
